  • Complimentary thirty minute introduction between new client designer to discuss project scope, goals, inspiration and budget.

  • Best suited for smaller projects (10 hours or less), the Design Assessment is a virtual consultation where we discuss your project in detail. To prepare, we ask for photographs, videos, mood boards, or descriptions of your ideas. During the consultation, we’ll also discuss the desired timeline and scope of the project.

    THE VIRTUAL DESIGN ASSESSMENT IS GREAT FOR:

    : Sourcing furniture and fixtures
    : Creating a vision for a room or a space
    : Exploring wall finishes and paint colors
    : Gaining fresh perspectives on a design project or upcoming event
    : General brainstorming

    TWO-HOUR CONSULTATION IS $400

  • With this option, we’ll work together to create a vision for your project from the beginning brainstorm sessions to final, big reveal. Through a series of connection points, we’ll dig into the goals of your project, establishing a timeline along with all needed supplies and materials for our team to execute our shared vision for the project.

    CONCEPT TO COMPLETION IS GREAT FOR:

    : Pivoting on creative marketing strategies

    The rate for the full service design is determined on a project-by-project basis.

  • House calls are design consultations and best suited for smaller creative goals — typically those that can be completed in 10 hours or less. MAP CoLab’s expansive range of knowledge and experience with interiors can be utilized almost infinitely. From sourcing furniture and fixtures to creating a vision for a room, we’re here to help partner with you, from brainstorming to styling a space, the House Call is a quick way to see immediate results.

    THE HOUSE CALL IS GREAT FOR:

    : Party-décor prep
    : Staging or styling a space
    : Hanging wall art
    : Rug procurement and placement
    : Reimagining rooms
    : Ideation sessions
    : Floor planning
    : Exploring wall finishes and paint colors

    The rate of the house call is $600 for 3 hours and is TBD depending on scope of work

  • Everyone needs to be inspired; whether it’s shopping for a specific project or getting your creative juices flowing. Schedule a half day of fun. We discuss the objective and I create the agenda based on your interests. Will host group or corporate events on the art of inspiration.

    $750 for half day plus fees( tickets, parking, etc)

  • A recurring contract not based on hours based on availability/accessibility.

    An agreement between the designer and client to work together for a longer period of time, longer than an one-off project. The agreement can last for a set period of time, eg. one year, or it can be an ongoing, rolling project. 

    To be paid at the beginning of each month, $2500 monthly.

    Not to exceed 13 hours a month.

Missy A. Peltz is a creative director, designer, visionary, and founder of MAP CoLab. With over 30 years of industry experience, including the design of 100 retail stores (including 50+ Anthropologie locations), her modern, globally inspired aesthetic infuses every space with unexpected moments. Her keen sense of detail and ability to come up with creative solutions sets her apart from her competition.
